Each Florida ProStart program is eligible to nominate their top ProStart student for the Florida ProStart Hospitality Excellence Award. A certificate will be presented to your student at Florida's Salute to Excellence Awards Luncheon which takes place during the Florida Restaurant Show.

Nominations are due by August 18, 2006. Teachers may nominate students using their own criteria. 

The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show takes place September 8-10, 2006 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. 

ProStart teachers can attend the show all three days.  ProStart students can only attend the Show on Saturday, September 9, 2006.

Return the Survey to us by Friday, August 25, 2006 and we will send you free SafeStaff Foodhandler Training guides the last week of August!  We understand this is the prime time of year to teach Safety & Sanitation and want to get these free books to your classroom ASAP.  If you are unable to respond by August 25, we will still send out your free SafeStaff guides once we receive your Fall ProStart Survey.
