Each year, in honor and memory of Mary J. Brogan for her years of commitment to education and community service, the FRLA Educational Foundation presents the Mary J. Brogan Hospitality Scholarship to Florida’s top ProStart student. This scholarship was named for former Lt. Governor Brogan’s late wife, Mary. Mary was an elementary school teacher and principal and was known to all as a big believer in the importance of educating and developing our youth. The Mary J.
