City College Culinary Arts Associate Degree Program Gainesville, FL The Business Administration Hospitality Management Major at City College offers a series of basic business courses, a series of courses designed around the growing Hospitality Industry and a broad base of general education courses. Combined, this curriculum prepares graduates for entry-level opportunities in the exciting Hospitality Industry, including Front Desk Associate, Food and Beverage Management Trainee, Convention Management Assistant, Special Events Assistant, and Resort Marketing Assistant. The curriculum consists of ninety (90) credit hours presented over six (6) quarters. City College has campuses in Gainesville, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Program Term: 6 Quarters total 90 credit hours Program Degree: Associate Degree in Hospitality Management Academic Credit: 12 quarter credit hours worth of electives. Work Experience Credit: Students articulating into the Culinary Arts program can apply for credit for prior learning.
