FCI offers a variety of diploma and associate degree programs in Culinary Arts, International Baking and Pastry, and Food and Beverage Management.

Program Degree                   Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management; Associate of                                               Science in Culinary Arts; Associate of Science in                                               International Baking & Pastry.

Program Term                      12-month Diploma to 36-month Bachelor of Science

Academic Credit                    Students are awarded a $3,000 tuition grant.  An interview with                                                the Chairman of Culinary Education can also earn students                                                advanced placement. 

Annual Cost                           $4,000 per quarter; $400 lab fee
