Certification for LMP Students

A professional certification aimed at the graduates of the Lodging Management Program has been established.  To qualify for the Certified Rooms Division Specialist (CRDS) designation, graduating seniors must complete and pass the LMP exams for both Year One and Year Two, work in the lodging industry for at least 160 hours, and obtain the signature of the general manager at the property where they are employed.

An LMP student can earn a National LMP Certificate of Achievement by passing the Year One and Year Two Exams and working at least 400 hours in the lodging industry.
