The application for the 11th Annual ProStart Culinary Team Competitions is now available.  Eligible schools must have returned their Fall ProStart Survey and their Full Implementation contract to the FRLAEF.

The 11th Annual ProStart Culinary Team Competitions take place on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.  The event consists of four competitions:

Gourmet Meal

Management Competition

Edible Centerpiece

Waiters Relay

Updated rules for the 2011 competitions will be posted here by September 15, 2010. 

The application deadline is Friday, October 29, 2010 at 5:00 pm.

A Regional Workshop for ProStart teachers will take place on Saturday, October 16, 2010, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at Le Cordon Bleu Miami campus.  This complimentary workshop for ProStart teachers only will consist of an entire day of Baking & Pastry.  Lunch will be provided.
