These weeklong intensive workshops are delivered by academic industry experts. In this dynamic and interactive environment, educators have the opportunity to:

  • Earn restaurant/foodservice educator certification
  • Learn from faculty composed of nationally recognized content experts
  • Network with peers
  • Participate in best practices forums
  • Tour restaurant and foodservice facilities
  • Receive classroom materials

Register for the 2012 Summer Institutes here.

Each workshop will still start with the Sunday evening reception and conclude with the certification exam on Friday.
